What KOEVR collects
KOEVR may collect information you submit, including your name, email, phone number, property details, buyer criteria, and message content. The hosting provider may also process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs, referring page, and campaign parameters.
How it is used
KOEVR uses information to review opportunities, respond to inquiries, maintain buyer criteria, prevent abuse, keep appropriate business or transaction records, and comply with legal obligations.
When it is shared
KOEVR does not sell personal information as a standalone data product. Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with hosting or service providers, attorneys, title or escrow professionals, closing professionals, transaction counterparties, or authorities when legally required.
Your choices and security
Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through public forms. Privacy questions may be sent to evan@koevr.com. No internet system is guaranteed secure.
